Closed Beta Terms of Service
Last updated July 16, 2026
These terms govern participation in the invite-only 3PLAgent design-partner beta.
Advisory service
AI analyses, rates, routes, carrier candidates, and alerts are planning aids, not binding quotes, bookings, customs advice, or guarantees. Users remain responsible for verifying shipment facts, regulations, carriers, prices, and operational decisions.
Authorized use
You may use the service for your organization’s legitimate logistics work. You must protect credentials, respect usage limits, and avoid unlawful cargo, abusive automation, security testing without permission, or attempts to access another workspace.
Customer data
Your organization retains responsibility for data it submits and confirms it has authority to process that data. You grant 3PLAgent the limited right to process it to operate and improve the beta.
Beta availability
The beta may change, contain errors, or experience interruptions. Features may be modified or withdrawn. Usage limits protect service reliability and provider costs.
Confidentiality and feedback
Non-public beta materials and customer operational data should be treated as confidential. Product feedback may be used to improve 3PLAgent without identifying your organization publicly.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided without warranties and 3PLAgent is not liable for carrier performance, customs outcomes, delay, cargo loss, or decisions based solely on AI output.
Termination
Either party may end beta participation. Data export, retention, and deletion will follow the agreed pilot process and applicable obligations.
Closed-beta terms draft. Counsel must review the legal entity, governing law, liability cap, and commercial terms before public production launch.
