3PLAgent processes account, workspace, shipment, invoice, carrier, quote, and product-usage information to provide its logistics decision workspace.

Information we process

We process information you provide, files you upload, operational records created in your workspace, authentication data managed by our identity provider, and security and usage telemetry.

How information is used

Information is used to operate, secure, support, and improve the closed-beta service. Shipment data may be sent to configured AI providers to extract invoice fields and create decision briefs. AI output is advisory and must be reviewed by a logistics professional.

Sharing and subprocessors

We use infrastructure, database, authentication, hosting, AI, and monitoring providers solely to operate the service. We do not sell customer data.

Retention and deletion

Workspace records remain until deleted by an authorized user or according to an agreed pilot retention schedule. Uploaded source documents can be deleted from Workspace Data settings. Account deletion requests have a seven-day safety period and may require ownership transfer or resolution of legal retention obligations.

Security and access

Organization data is isolated by workspace membership controls. Access is logged for material workflow events. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the in-product support and data controls. Contact the 3PLAgent founder support channel for privacy questions.
